"Mr. Aranson is an
absolute top actor"
 - New York. Times

Jack Aranson "is an actor of magnificent range and depth." He went to London for a two-year apprenticeship at the Old Vic Theatre before touring Ireland in many Shakespearean roles. He has played in Dublin, London, Paris, Stockholm, Copenhagen, and New York, as well as other principal cities in the United States. Audiences have seen him in a variety of roles from the classical and contemporary repertoire including: Hamlet, Mac Beth, Shylock, Hotspur, Iago, Oedipus Rex, Dr. Faustus, Sir John Falstaff, James Tyrone, Othello, Captain Boyle, Christopher Mahon, Henry Higgins, and Dylan Thomas. He was called San Francisco's "renaissance man of the theatre" where he was actor/manager of his own company for many years, and he has starred in the national tours of Dylan and DA. Jack Aranson also performs one-man shows: The World of Dylan Thomas, Moby Dick, Oscar Wilde Revisited, and with his wife, opera star Claudia Cummings, they perform a music and drama duo called I Am of Ireland, a concert version of My Fair Lady and Cavalcade!, an evening of comedy and romance in speech and song. All these shows have been seen in over 300 cities in America and Europe. Because of his distinguished theatrical career, Jack Aranson was recently awarded an honorary degree of Doctor of Humane Letters from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, New York.

Claudia Cummings is an opera singer who lives in Orange County, New York, with her husband Jack Aranson.  Miss Cummings has sung leading roles including those in Lucia, La Traviata, Die Fledermaus, The Marriage of Figaro, Don Giovanni, Lulu, and The Tales of Hoffman in opera houses in New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, San Diego, Miami, Toronto, Amsterdam, and Stuttgart, to name only a few. Throughout her career, Miss Cummings has sung regularly with symphony orchestras and chamber music groups. She recently played the Mother Abbess in The Sound Of Music, singing Climb Every Mountain in 60 cities of America and Canada in the national Broadway tour of this classic musical. For her work in opera and the theatre she has been awarded an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, New York. Miss Cummings can also be heard on two other albums recorded at the United States Military Academy at West Point. The Holy City is a collection of inspirational favorites and West Point Classics features sacred classics.
